When Misti came to Shepherd’s House just before Christmas in 2018, she was battling an addiction that five rehab facilities had been unable to help with. Today, thanks to the prayers and support of partners like you, she and her son, Jaxon, are opening a new chapter in their lives! Misti is fully employed, has her own apartment, is a great mom, and is thriving in her life.
Darin came to Shepherd’s House following a horrendous childhood and a life of drug addiction, homelessness, and jail. Walking through the doors of Shepherd’s House was a game changer for Darin. It was always Darin’s dream to become a dad to his son who had never known him. After graduating from the program, Darin got custody of his 8-year-old son, Dayton. “Just thinking about that makes me tear up. I don’t want my kid to go through all that I did.” He works full-time to provide for a much better life for himself and his son.
Kacia had a family, a great career, and a good life. Drinking destroyed everything. What at first seemed so innocent, a little drink soon became a demon. Not willing to give up on her mother, Kacia’s daughter picked her up and took her to Shepherd’s House.
“I was so broken when I got here. This place loved me like God loves me, and now I have been sober for a year and am so very thankful and grateful for a second chance.”
Adrian was married and had a good job. Life was going well until he was introduced to drugs and drinking. “Over the next 30 years, I battled drugs and alcohol. I would be strong and sober for a while, only to relapse.” After losing everything and living alone in a tent, Adrian finally found Shepherd’s House. “For the first time in years, I had hope that I could make it. The guys here helped me create a plan for recovery and I have now been sober for eleven months. I can’t thank God and everyone enough for all the help and support they gave me.” Today, Adrian is working full-time, serves as an example to the other younger residents at Shepherd’s House, and has some great life goals he is on track to accomplish.

When you join Shepherd’s House Coffee Club, you’ll experience two special-reserve coffees each month that will delight your senses. Tower Roasting hand-selects these beans from micro-lots, where the growing conditions produce the highest-quality coffee in the world. After harvest, unique processing and drying methods produce coffee with unique flavors of its terroir — featuring notes of fruit, herbs, florals, or nutty, sweet, tart, and mineral flavors. Influences may be subtle as the black cherry taste in a private-reserve wine or the aromatic fragrance of a midnight summer’s bloom. Our select reserve Roaster’s Choice offerings are exclusively for those who join us in the mission to enjoy the world’s best coffee for a cause that makes our world a brighter place.

Yes, they are.
50% of your purchase of Tower Coffee will go directly to Shepherd’s House. Tower is covering the cost to produce the coffee, and the remaining 50% goes directly to helping to grow the vital programs and services Shepherd’s House offers. In addition, any extra donations added to your order are deposited directly to Shepherds House and are 100% tax deductible.
Tower Roasting’s mission is to create the highest-quality coffee from the world’s finest growers in a sustainable way — from farm to cup. More importantly, Tower Roasing has a like vision to help the marginalized and hurting throughout Central Oregon. Their efforts will allow us to help more people and that makes them a great partner.
We have worked with our farm partners to find these cream-of-the-crop green beans.
Our Crown Jewel coffee collection has a limited number of subscriptions available simply because the crops of these top-shelf beans are very small.
If you are on a subscription plan, we will deliver your coffee once per month. A one-time order will be delivered once. We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx to ship our orders and all shipments include tracking numbers that are emailed directly to you.
